As President and Managing Partner of Converge Construction, Dylan Hall brings his combined leadership and managerial experience together with his passion for the construction industry. Founder and majority owner of the organization, he directs, controls and manages all aspects of strategic policy, daily operations and financial activities. Highly motivated and detail oriented, he leads multi-disciplined project teams in providing construction services to government and commercial agencies.  

Mr. Hall has the managerial experience of the extent and complexity needed to manage Converge Construction. He has developed a strong business and marketing plan which will contribute to the long term success of this emerging company.
